Labels and the rules.

The AI and paid labels, first-hand claims, blocked categories and the grade.

Which labels does a sponsored post carry?

Three, from the moment it goes up: the platform’s paid-partnership label or #ad up front, the platform’s AI-generated label, and “AI-generated” on screen for the video’s first 3 seconds. The studio ticks all three when it sends the live link.

Creator content rules →

Can a creator say it tried the product?

No. A creator that doesn’t exist can’t have used anything, so first-hand reviews are out. The brief checker flags them as they’re typed.

What can’t be advertised?

Therapeutic goods, alcohol, gambling, tobacco and vapes, financial products and crypto, weapons, adult content and political ads.

How do brands know a creator’s labels are still up?

Every 30 days the studio confirms each account’s bio says the creator is AI and the platform’s AI label is on. A creator whose confirmation lapses is hidden from brands until it’s renewed, and brands see the date.

How are creators graded?

A to D, from the last 28 days: reach (50%), engagement (30%) and posting (20%).

Does Synthicate ever post for a studio?

Never. It doesn’t post, schedule or automate anything on a studio’s accounts, and never asks for their passwords.
