Can one sign-in run a studio and a brand?
No. Each sign-in belongs to one person and one organisation, a studio or a brand. Use a second email address for the other side.
Can my team share an account?
Not yet: one sign-in holds one business today, and inviting a team isn’t live. Keep your password to yourself.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a link. Resetting it signs you out of every browser.
Is there two-step sign-in?
Not yet. Passwords are at least 10 characters, and the number of sign-in attempts from one address is limited.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Settings, under Your data, downloads everything your organisation holds as one file.
How do I close my account?
Settings, under Your data, once none of your deals is open or holding a payment. Deals, money lines and messages stay on the record, because they’re the other side’s record too.
